Do you offer instant delivery?
No. We currently offer standard shipping only.
My order says it's shipped, but tracking information isn't available.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.
What are the shipping restrictions?
Currently, Dale ships only within the United States. Customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase nicotine products.
